Sorry I am out. You know why deep-down. I cannot be seen to
assist in this scenario as it would completely damage my
reputation at the Tribunal.

Why didn't you pay this at discount and count yourself lucky?
Challenging the PCN lays yourself open to prosecution if the
council is minded to report you to the police but they probably
won't bother.
If you want to take the risk and not pay £160, say you are
challenging the PCN because of procedural impropriety on their
website as this is out of order so the PCN must be cancelled.
