Hi,
Thanks for merging the posts - much appreciated.
I have an old post that didn't receive a reply, so wasn't sure
if sometimes they can get missed or expire.
I appreciate it's free advice, which is very helpful.

I've not disputed this case at any point but as mentioned can

What do you mean you are required to respond in a few days? You
have sen the response to the LoC and the ball is now in their
court.
You are waiting for their response to that email.

So what are those attached documents? I’m sorry, but we are not
telepathic. You can host those documents, suitably redacted of
any personal info using Google Drive or similar.
Have they included all the documents/evidence requested in the
response to the LoC?

My mistake, they have stated 30 days to pay. I had 7 in mind,
hence the couple of days comment.
