       You can submit these reps, of course, and why not?
       As expressed by others, it's not a defence on the basis of
       what's known i.e. Red Route clearway, because markings aren't
       required and the prohibition applies to the footway as well as
       the carriageway.
       The 8th is the latest date for receipt by TfL in order to
       guarantee the extended discount period.
