       MET Parking Services - Overstay - McDonald’s Hanwell

       As one saga comes to an end another starts.
       I have had a PCN from Met Parking Services for overstaying,
       however, they’ve linked two separate stays.

       The driver went to this particular McDonald’s after a lengthy
       visit to the hospital up the road. The driver then had work the
       same morning and went through the drive thru to get a coffee
       having not had much sleep.
       I have called the McDonald’s and they didn’t pick up so I went
       in and spoke to a manager who refused to do anything.
       I have a dashcam in my car, so can easily prove this is their
       error. What is the best course of action. I’m thinking of
       appealing as RK and providing the dashcam. Should I also
       complain to DVLA and ICO regarding the misuse of my data? How
       would I go about that?

       Yes you complain to the DVLA and ICO. Just do a search of the
       forum for “double dip” and you will find plenty of examples.
