I completely get it.
Thank you for your input and thoughts.
Unfortunately, AI does not yet have the capability to attend a
tribunal... Yet ;D

I completely understand the scepticism currently around AI, but
the future is here I'm afraid. We have built much more complex
solutions than this, so whether it can be done is not the
question. The real question is, is this worth building? Is there
an appetite for such a service?
Many thanks for any replies again, I'm not here to offend or
sell you anything. Just looking for some expert opinions on the
matter.

OP. would you care to give us details of the "much more complex
solutions" you have built?
Are these in commercial use? If so, any customer references?

Much the same as I have little faith in some of the numpties
employed by local authorities who dish out PCNs like confetti.

I agree. One exception being bogsy from Pepipoo. He helped me
out when I first sought help. He was a bit reluctant to talk
about himself but told me he worked his way up to be quite high
up in local authority traffic control. He said he was an appeals
officer for a while and it was the misfeasance and double
standard of councils that made him rebel. I've not seen him on
here. Last I heard was a year ago and he was terminally ill.
