       Anyone got a PCN warning letter recently for turning right  from
       Carrow Road into King Street? EDP reports

       that the Temporary Traffic Order relied on expired in 1984.
       Council began enforcing in February, but only issued earning
       letters for first six months. Previously the signs were enforced
       by the police.
       Not quite as dramatic as the EDP article would suggest. The
       County Council will now seek to issue a fresh TRO with a new
       6-month grace period.
