There's a link to Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act
in my signature at the bottom of each post. Have a read of the
points I refer to in my template. If they want to hold you
liable as hirer they have to comply with them. That includes a
requirement to enclose certain additional documents, which they
have not done.
