       Dear All,
My dad was driving the car on the alleged day. I am not sure why
he reversed back out, but I would strongly think it was because
of the car in front who was unloading whatever they were
       unloading.
Is this a case of just paying up the reduced amount?

The plain fact for me, is that he went past the sign expecting
to drive down that street, but only stopped and reversed out
when he saw the car blocking his way. Remember that the video
will be viewed by an adjudicator if you take them that far. The
only thing I think is worth submitting representations on is the
excessive height of the signs, being way above what is given as
a maximum in the TSRGD, which is 1.5 metres; these look to be
about 2.5 to 3 metres. We are seeing signs mounted like this in
many locations, and one must ask why.
