       No, this is the photo on the TFL website and it shows that the
       sign relevant to you was not facing the wrong way:

       Thank you for the clarification.
       It appears the signs were turned around after my PCN was issued.
       I suspect that due to the high number of PCNs issued on that
       road, an individual or group has taken matters into their own
       hands.
