W'ham Council PCN / 86 Parked outside Markings / W'ham Leisure

Hi all
On 10/08/25 I was given a £50 PCN by Wokingham Council today
within Places Leisure Centre multi story under this
contravention:
"86 Parked beyond the bay markings" :-[
I basically parked next to someone who must have parked shunted
along and must have gone over the lines (would not usually be so
selfish and check but was in a hurry to make Swimming slot with
the Kids. I'm still flabbergasted, seems like a overly keen
Warden
Any tips for an appeal? Or just lump it any pay the 50% early
bird offer @£25?

Rear offside wheel wholly beyond the line.
IMO, you don't have a defence against the contravention provided
that the order and the instructions at the car park impose this
requirement.

The correct contravention should be 'Not parked correctly within
the markings of a bay or space' in my view as you are not
'beyond' bay markings as such.
The pic of the terms board can't be read.
