I have read that and post images, still not sure what i am
doing, added a photo but god knows where that has ended up

Did you use the image hosting site recommended in that post

I'd be minded to keep it simple:

I acknowledge receipt of your Letter of Claim (Reference:
________). This is the second Letter of Claim you have issued in
respect of the same alleged debt.
I refer you to my previous reply, issued on [DATE]. My position
remains unchanged, and you have yet to provide a substantive
response to my requests for information, in line with the
pre-action protocol for debt claims, and made in the interests
of furthering the overriding objective.

Hi,
I sent an email, came back email account not monitored, so i
called moorside to inform them of the email. They refused point
blank to look at it and insist i go through their portal, should
i go through their portal ? or should i write to their PO Box
next ?
