       I also have had a look at Google maps and can't see any clear
       signs.
       ?
       So both you and the driver at the time are due a visit to
       Specsavers because the signs could be seen by a visually
       impaired rider facing backwards on a galloping horse and would
       be found by any assessor or judge to be visible and clear,
       certainly as far as GSV in April this year is concerned.
       Plan A.

       From GSV i can see at least 5 plus the entrance sign. Parkingeye
       will have a map of the signage and date stamped images of each
       sign. You can appeal on the grounds of no signage if you want
       but it won't go well, or you could follow b789s advice or heaven
       forbid appeal to Parkingeye on the grounds the driver was a
       legitimate customer. Parkingeye do actually grantsome reasonable
       appeals, see a recent Lidl thread as an example, almost
       identical situation as yours.

       Signage in car park:

       The signage is somewhat smaller than ParkingEye have previously
       used. You could always include an argument about insufficient
       (not absent) signage at POPLA, as part of a 'kitchen sink' type
       appeal, but POPLA can be hard to convince on signage points, and
       it is a rather small car park.
