Minster Baywatch NTK Teesside Park
DIR By: Chickenchaser

Received from Minster Baywatch as the registered keeper. The car
park is in Teesside Park where maximum period is 4 hrs. This is
in a shopping and leisure area. Occupants spent several hundred
pounds whilst in stores and food outlets with receipts to prove.
Does the notice comply? I haven't had the opportunity to check
the signage, I believe it was installed at some point last year.
The parking limit of 4hrs was exceeded by approximately 45mins
so not within any grace period.

personal details (name/address, PCN reference number, Vehicle
Registration Mark), but show us all dates and times. Details
that you think are trivial could help you win, so don’t leave
anything out.

If you can get photos of the signage on site, as there can be an
issue with Minster Baywatch and the signs mentioning Bransby
Wilson.

The signs on site are Minster Baywatch. Have you approached the
retailer where you spent your money and asked them to intervene
and get their landlord, who is the likely contractor for the
parking operator, to get it cancelled. This is know as Plan A.
If they won't or can't help, then seek out the managing agent
for the retail park and contact them and get them to cancel the
charge with their agent. Complain to the retailer and have them
escalate that up to the managing agent if necessary. Threaten to
return the goods and go elsewhere to make the same purchase,
explaining that you don't expect to be invoiced by a third party
for the privilege of being a customer.

Thanks for the reply. I have contacted Teesside Park enquiries
and they state that they have no influence over any decision as
they do not manage the parking, even though they have appointed
the parking company to enforce it. I will look to contact the
individual stores to see if that makes any difference.

will need to find out the company that is the managing agent
for the retail park. Often you can find this information on the
big advertising plinth that lists all the stores.
THe person you spoke with at the enquiries is just an idiot if
they are telling you that they have 'no influence' over the
parking operator. Ask them who is the Monkey and who is the
Organ Grinder in their contractual relationship?
