       I’ve included the letter of claim below, not including any of
       the unimportant parts regarding citizens advice and debt payment
       plans etc:

       It seems my replies to them can also be done online.
       The reason i say precursor is because of their use of ‘may’.
       Does that imply they might not carry this forward depending on
       how i respond?
       Would you recommend completely ignoring this portal? Or should i
       forward my reply both as a letter and via the portal?
