       Hi, I received a pcn recently for a couple of minutes over stay
       whilst the driver was in Starbucks.
       Here are both sides of the PCN

       PCN says time allowed 90 minutes, time between cameras 152
       minutes?
       Are we missing something?

       Ah sorry for some reason I thought it was a 90 minute time.
       Definitely didn't feel like I was at Starbucks for 152 minutes
       :(
