       Yet another egregious example of bias in the Traffic Penalty
       TribunaL. I am fast coming to the view that it is pointless
       making any appeals there as it is obvious they have become an
       arm of the councils to enforce their will on motorists.

       That's certainly been my experience. At least this one was cheap
       in the scheme of things.
       To top it off, the link provided on the decision page to the
       council's website to pay doesn't work.
