Good, so that’s a further step down the line, but nothing to be
done yet.
In due course you will get more details and dates, please post
without obscuring the dates, and these will include the hearing
date, the date by which the claimant has to pay the fee, and the
date by which papers have to be served.
If you post here we can then advise further then.
What is the date in point 3 you have obscured?

So you need to make a note of the date of 28 May, by when you
may need to submit a Witness Statement.
However, if additional information tells you that the claimant
has to pay the court fee before this date, they are likely to
discontinue before you need to submit anything.
Come back either when you get this information or before 28 May.

HELP!
Just had a phone call from DCB legal wanting to speak to me. I
said I was driving to work and was unable to speak to them.
Arranged to call me back on my lunch break. I blocked their
number.
My question is: Do I need to speak to them? If they call me on a
different number, do I just hang up? or what do I need to say or
do?
Would appreciate some advice please!
