Lambeth Bus Lane, Lambeth Road: signage and website issues.

       [member=1600]tyronejiggles[/member]  Well done for yesterday's
       outcome. 2250188530.
I am posting this to assist others since, like their moving
traffic contraventions, their website is in disarray and it
appears that they do not even read the case on the Tribunal
portal. They failed to attend having been given 15 days notice,
and their website threatens a charge certificate even before an
Enforcement Notice is served! Southwark behave similarly. This
means possibly that many people looking at the website may not
even make representations=charge certificate issue and/or just
       pay it. >:(
The appeal was allowed on the signage: over in a couple of
       minutes. ;D

@cp8759 Thanks. For readers: the moral of the story is to put
in a simple challenge that the video shows no signage allegedly
passed and let the council prove their case.

       Hi everyone,
I am the fortunate appellant who indeed did not join the mugged
       club ;D .
I encourage everyone to challenge their PCNs, no matter how
'justified' they may appear to the naked eye, as you'll find
this is far and few the case, at least far less so than you'd
       ought to believe.
       Thank you [member=24]Hippocrates[/member]!!
