You're not doing anything wrong, but apart from your recent post
at 06:35pm today, none of your posts since October 2025 have
contained any questions.
I note you mention not currently living in the UK - does this
mean you are now permanently resident abroad?

Thank you for the reply, yes I have lived abroad for over 20
years, but my car remained registered at a UK address where I
only visited occasionally. Hence the PCN being sent and not
knowing about it until too late! Now after the various events
and formalities, I am about to submit my N180 and was'nt sure
whether to submit a claim for costs. Currently I have just been
asked for the N180 for the proposed Allocation to the Small
Claims Track. I was going to enter a family's address for
correspondence so that I could respond on time. I do travel back
and forth to the UK to visit family etc.
If I submit a claim for costs, how should I present it?
