STOPPED BY POLICE FOR NOT HAVING HIRE E REWARD

Hi ,is anyone able to help me with some advice ? I been stopped
At Mcdonald by police doing uber eats ,at the time they
stopped me i was not collecting or delivering anything i was
just waiting at the shop for any order thinking that wuold be
easier for me to get jobs if was closer to the location ,at the
time I didn’t know that i wuold need extra hire e reward cover
on top of my comprehensive cover as it was my first time out
and a friend set the app for me and he told me that i was good
to go,so i didn’think there is any thing left to do ,now the
main problem for me are the points as i work as hgv driver and i
might loose the job if i get 6 or more

Unfortunately, there are a lot of food delivery people who do
not have such as business insurance to cover these situations.
This post needs to be moved to the Speeding and criminal

What evidence do the police have that you were “signed on” as a
delivery driver? Did you tell them?
