Yes, it's a complete no-brainer as Newham no longer offer the
discount

They capitulated. 2250647048
After a further full investigation, I can confirm i have today
cancelled this Penalty Charge Notice
due to incorrect signage at the location, therefore, there was
no enforcement on this day.
I have also today do not contested the hearing at London
Tribunals.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the initial
investigation. (sic)
