I have had a reply from havering. One threatening to add £80 on
for the audacity of appealing and one demanding the new fee.
£240, how disgusting is that.

My God, aren't Havering absolutely useless !
Both documents, (EN & CC) with the same date !
Somebody in this council should be sacked forthwith. I'm not
sure what Hippocrates thinks, but I suppose this is all
ammunition for you in your appeal to London Tribunals.

here as I thought I paid that fine so it was added in error… omg
