       For anyone else reading this thread, if payment is made to an
       enforcement agent (in order to avoid goods being removed) and,
       an Out of Time application is then submitted, please be assured
       that if the application is accepted, the enforcement company
       should refund to you all monies paid. The Local Government
       Ombudsman has ruled on this matter a number of times.
