       Unless you have reason to think that the registered keeper has
       named the driver, I’d simply reply to their letter refuting
       their statements and repeating your demands for them to use the
       correct address for service.
       They’re probably just incompetent, but you should have a record
       of correcting them.
       Alternatively, they’re trying to trick you into identifying the
       driver.

       Registered keeper checked back to correspondence. Clearly stated
       in change of address request that.
       “ Registered keeper <name> has moved address.”
       The letter offers settlement at £60. But suspect that isn’t
       valid given that it’s dated from 2024.
       Would you advise still pushing back? Given its nearly two years
       now, would you expect the case to be dropped or progressed
       further soon?
       Not hear anything from moorside since registered keeper replied
       to them in September 2025.
