As the attachment with the LoC from Moorside Legal has been
removed, please post the LoC again on an external hosting
service (Imgur.com or Google Drive for example). Make sure that
you do not redact the signatory of the LoC.
There has been a very recent High Court appeal case that could
affect every one of these incompetent bulk litigators,
especially one as utterly incompetent as Moorside Legal. It
affects who is conducting the litigation within the firm.

       letter by email.
Thanks again for your continued help. Appreciate any guidance on
       next steps.

       Hi
Assume no issue in responding to Moorside with vehicle reg and
address to pass their security checks so can understand what
response they would like to send?
       Thanks

They sent you a letter of claim, to which you replied.

Just bumping this topic. Registered keeper never received a
reply from moorside following email to them. Registered keeper
       has now changed address.
Should registered keeper will contact them to advise. Shoukd
registered keeper ask for an update or acknowledgment of
previous email? Or just mention the address change?
       Thanks

Whatever else you do, you must send a Data Rectification Notice
to the Data Protection Officer at both Alliance Parking and
Moorside Legal instructing them to update their records with
your current valid address for service and to erase your old
       address.
If you do not do this you risk proceedings against you at your
old address resulting in a default judgement against you.

Out of interest - still not heard anything from Moorside since
replying to them in September. Is this a normal waiting period?
How long do they have to act upon the charge?

Registered keeper emailed Alliance and Moorside in February
       about address change.
       Email said
       “ FAO Data Protection Officer
Registered keeper <Registered keeper name> has moved address.
       Please erase old address - <old address>
       Update with - <new address>
Since email, letter received from Alliance Parking to old
address which states “We are writing regarding the attached
parking charge, as the registered keeper has identified you as
the person responsible for the vehicle at the time of the
       event”.
It then requests £100 charge and has also attached the original
notice to the keeper letter from July 2024.
       Any advice appreciated.
Not sure when the registered keeper has named the driver.
Are they just trying to say that to force a payment?
       Thanks
