Apparently prohibited right turn. Signage not clear saying it
was prohibited and says £160 to start :'(

As with yr other thread, please re-post the front page and also
GSV link and video. (You have to ring TfL and ask them to post
it to you and to place enforcement on hold while they send it
out.)

Can you ring TFL again and ask them to send you a dvd player to
play it on (and ask them to put the case on hold again while
they do so). I'm being semi serious...
