Received this in the post, signage randomly excludes vehicles.
Would really appreciate some help and advice on this.

Pllease repost front of PCN with only yr name & address redacted
- leave all else in.
Please also post a GSV link to the location, and the council
video (which is the evidence).

Thanks John, this is the junction on GSV
HTML https://maps.app.goo.gl/JSdMLQGogYYxQrx27
but they have added
new signage which since this link which is in the description on
both sides (

If I put in the video this will show the vehicle registration?
The video just shows the vehicle passing through the prohibited
road passed the exclusion signage

Thousands of people every day see your reg mark. It will also
appear when you re-post the front of the PCN.
The experts here ( I am not one) like to be able to see the
complete picture to see that no possible ground for appeal has
been overlooked.

We've already had a thread on this location, but I don't know if
it got to London Tribunals or not. Try a search for Derby Road.
There are advance warning signs in place for either approach
direction on London Road: -
HTML https://maps.app.goo.gl/q1hQ3RBcExa6iKkT8
and here
HTML https://maps.app.goo.gl/Q6c3mTHZmmTDYgQq6
plus there are cul-de-sac signs at the entrance to Derby Road,
one on the same lampost as the adance warning sign, and also
here: -

However, GSV is not up-to-date on Derby Road, so fails to show
the restriction signs. The problem you've got is that the video
shows you driving past the Flying Motorbike signs with no
hesitation at all, and there are warning signs on London Road.
Do you understand the meaning of these signs ?
Frankly, I can't see any appeal argument based on inadequate or
badly placed signage, so you'd be looking at a technical appeal
argument based on council mismamangement of the enforcement
process. Hippocrates and the administrator tend to be the
experts on these, not me, so wait a bit to see if they comment.
However don't miss the deadline to submit representations or
pay, or it's game over.

If someone posts vehicle and PCN number then potentially someone
can go online and make representation.

Thanks Incandescent for your comments, ill hold off to hear if
any technical arguments. If there was clear hesitation would
that make a difference?

Frankly, no, not in your situation with adequate signs on London
Road. So what made you miss all these signs ? Satnav ?
