PCN below. One thing to note is that the URL to pay is incorrect
and results in a 404. I have not yet determined the correct URL
in case it prejudices anything. I understand that there may be
structural issues with Southwark PCNs so await instructions.
EDIT: Just realised the VRM and PCN no were not to be redacted.
Happy to re-upload if required.

It tells you that it's only necessary to redact your name and
address where present. And to please leave everything else
visible, in particular the PCN number, the vehicle reg, all
dates and locations and the like.
So please correct your PCN and repost.

So it would seem the signage is adequate, although you may
disagree. What made you miss these signs, were you following
satnav instructions ?

We were following satnav, but in all honesty although we can
recall the journey, we cant remember the specific event in
question.
Searching on these forums, there seems to be some impropriety in
PCNs issued by Southwark?

I cannot access the video for some reason.
Instructions/advice:
1. Screenshot every page/stage AS IF to make a representation.
2. Try to add any and every statutory ground and screenshot all
results. THESE ARE THE 5 GROUNDS ON THE PCN.
PLEASE DO ALL THIS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT AND KEEP AS EVIDENCE.

I make these two collateral challenges as follows:
1. The statement under the picture on the PCN “If full payment
has not been made
before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date
of this notice, a
Charge Certificate may be issued increasing the amount
outstanding by 50% to
£195.00” is wrong as it flies in the face of the law. Schedule I
@ paras. 5(1) and (2)(a) states from the date of service.
2. Your website threatens an increase even before I have made
any representations and the dates are wholly wrong.
Considering the above, please cancel the PCN as the penalty
exceeds the amount.

Add this too:
The signage is inadequate as there is only one terminal sign
which is easily missed. In this respect, I use the ground the
contravention did not occur.
In light of all the above, please cancel the PCN.
