You said “Issue date: 05/06/2025” but if you meant something
like 05/07/2025 then the POPLA code may still be valid, yes.
It should be valid for 33 days from the actual issue date.

I think it may be just in date?
The opening date of 05/06 was the issue date of the PCN. In the
rejection it talks about paying within 7 days to reach them by
17/07 which implies an issue date of the rejection / POPLA code
of 10/07. Usually the validity is 33 days I think? So it
should be good through to 19th August - if the OP can confirm
the issue date of the rejection?

Yes, July 10 is the date of the rejection.
