Well my father is dying and I have to leave the country for the
next few weeks. How do I go about settling this make sure I
don't get a judgement in absence?

I’m sorry to hear your news, but you’ve called this site a
“scam”, you’ve ignored the clear deadline for submitting Witness
Statements, and now you’re not going to to turn up in court.
So what do you think?

Very sorry to hear about your father.
Your best bet if you are looking to settle is to contact BW
Legal and arrange to make payment in return for the case being
discontinued.

I just paid up. And I suppose I only have my self to blame. You
