Is this website a scam. They said they wouldn't pay the court
fee and discontinue.

Where in this thread have any of us said that the claimant in
your case would not pay the court fee and discontinue?
We can never guarantee any outcome, nor do we claim to.
Claims run by DCB Legal often result in the case being
discontinued. BW Legal are much more stubborn.
What is your deadline for submission of a witness statement?
