       City of Westminster code 31 j Picadilly junction yellow box

       I have received this pcn whilst turning left on a yellow box
       junction. The black cab ahead turned last minute from left lane
       on to right and blocked me. The picture on the letter is very
       clear. The picture on website shows my car directly in the box
       but i moved further forward and stopped.
