Hungary road toll £303 claimed by UK Debt Recovery Firm

Interesting article in Mail on Sunday (Tony Hetherington). UK
debt recovery firm trying to use strong arm tactics to claim
road toll which was paid for.There was a slight mistake made by
toll operators.
The Debt Recovery team even caved in on this but tried to claim
£49 they had incurred in admin fees.
Advised to make a complaint against parking charge company ECP
who originally obtained details from DVLA whilst acting on
behalf of company outside DVLA.
I haven’t got the article to hand but it is today’s date and
will try to arrange link later unless someone more tech savvy
can assist.
