       I have noticed this is the second letter regarding the same
       claim you made on the 25th of October last year. So, for
       confirmation, can you please provide more details of this
       particular claim. The failure to provide copies of the evidence
       your client places reliance upon, put its in clear breach of the
       Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims.
       Maybe I can respond like this and then copy and paste my
