That’s amazing I jumped the gun abit there, do I get a date and
time when the call will take place and who conducts the call

The day and time as arrived, the only thing I say are. “ I’m
willing to offer the claimant £0” nothing else

It is not part of the judicial process and no one who is legally
qualified is involved. Tell the mediator that the claimant has a
copy of your defence and you are only willing to offer £0. It
will be over in minutes.
Complete waste of everyones time.

Mediation Not Settled….
I was given 2 offers and both declined, my offer of £0.00 I
don’t think went down well. Lol. Now a waiting game and see what
happens, what’s likely??

Search the forum, plenty of similar cases, but
- N1SDT Claim form issued
- N180 sent to you
- You send your own N180
- The case gets allocated to a court local to you for a hearing
in person, and DCB Legal discontinues before having to pay the
court fee
You will get advice here on each step, but I advise you to read
up on similar cases now so you’re prepared.
You have to understand their tactics. They want to frighten you
into paying. They do not want to attend your local court in
person, which is the implication if you follow the process and
advice here.
