as is their initial response.

The road legends need to be maintained. If you are serious in
taking up my offer, I will make an FOIR to Merton regarding this
location. In one case I am doing, they sent pictures over 2
years old - a different location though. And they refused to
attend the hearing - which they should when required. So their
evidence was kicked out.
