So that claim is for 5 PCNs, each with an added fake £70.
So, have you acknowledged service of this claim? If not, I
suspect that you are already the unlucky recipient of a CCJ by
       default.
Was it addressed to your current address? Why was it not
addressed to your current address if so?
Is your V5C address up to date? If not, have you sent a Data
Rectification Notice (DRN) to Parkmaven and DCB Legal?
Too many unanswered questions still. What does your MCOL history
       say?
The most urgent one is whether you have had a default judgment
made already. If not, you must send in a defence today and go
       buy a lottery ticket.

There is a judgement against me. I’ve just found out right now.
This is absolutely crazy. I haven’t contacted anybody or
       anything or see any letters.

       Realistically, you've only 3 choices.
1/ Pay the Judgment Creditor (parking co). Pay within a month of
judgment & it doesn't go on your credit record.
2/ Write to same & ask consent for a set aside of judgment. If
they agree, an application costs £123.
*3/ Apply to the court for a set aside without consent. £313.
*You will need a good reason for the set aside
       Applications on form N244

Why did you not update your V5C address when you last moved,
before you started acquiring PCNs? Had you done so you would not
       have missed important post.
The PCNs were issued in April, July and August last year. When
       did you change address?
We need a timeline to examine what happened when and whether you
have a chance at getting this CCJ set aside under CPR 13.2 which
would be a mandatory set aside. What I am worried about, is the
date you received the N1SDT Claim Form, even if it was addressed
to the wrong address. You did receive it, whether through postal
redirection or someone at the address was thoughtful enough to
       pass it on to you.
All this is crucial to getting to the bottom of whether you have
a good prospect of getting the CCJ set aside and being able to
       defend the claim.
So, based on the dates of the PCNs mentioned on the Particulars
of Claim (PoC) in the claim form, what was your address at the
time of those PCNs and when did you move from that address to
your current address? You can simply state "address A" and
       "address B".
