       Just send the defence as advised. This will never reach a
       hearing. In the extremely unlikely event that you are the first
       person that DCB Legal pay the trial fee, you will have ample
       opportunity to put any points forward in your Witness Statement
       in response to theirs.

       Just wanted to update this that I had a mediation call today in
       which they provided me with the name, role and that they had
       written auth to negotiate. Offered £0 and she said they will not
       discontinue the claim on the call so they will be informed that
       i have offered £0 and decide if they want to pay the court fee.

       Yes - part of the process - stick with it - wait for further
       updates from the Court and follow the process.
