The letter is in the dropbox link above.
After submitting my defence, i didnt chase up as didnt know i
had to. I just waited. This is the first letter i have received
since that time related to this case.

When did you receive this? It says it was issued 7th January and
gave you 7 days to respond. It also says they previously
directed you to file an N180 Directions Questionnaire. What does
your MCOL history say?

I received this about 5 days ago. Opened today - i have not
received anything before this.
If i am looking in the right place - it says thus in history :

Those timelines do not make sense - this thread was started on
5th April, yet that says the claim was only issued 5th August.
This sounds a lot like a different claim - check the claim
number at the top of this recent letter, is it the same claim
number as is on the claim form from April?

Start a new thread for the new case, but, in the meantime, you
should also check your MCOL account for the progress of the
claim in this thread.
