You can safely ignore all debt recovery letters. Debt collectors
are powerless to do anything except to try and persuade the
low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree to pay up out of
ignorance and fear. We don't need to know about useless debt
recovery letters and you can shred them and use them as hamster
bedding for all anyone cares.
An LoC will give you 30 days to pay, unlike the debt recovery
letters which only give you 14 days.
