You can ring and ask if there are any other PCNs against your
reg.mark.

As I mentioned on Pepipoo this webpage, which has the TRO, is
important:-

My view is that the Borough Council is the enforcement authority
not the County Council.

You have until 17 October to pay the discount, and even if you
pay it you can still appeal for the full 28 days, so there is no
immediate rush to do anything.
In the meantime, please upload the new PCN and the other notice
of rejection.

Thanks. Do I appeal PCN 3 with the same argument as the first 2
PCN.

An appeal is to the tribunal, I assume what you're actually
asking is whether you should make representations against PCN 3
on the same ground as the first 2 PCNs. The answer is yes.

Received notice of rejection this morning for PCN 3. I've
updated the google driver folder. I've decided to fight these 3
PCN with of course your help. please let me know what I need to
do next.
