Parking Charge - CPS (MIDLANDS) LTD - Nottingham Public Car Park

       Hello,
Need guidance on how to approach this situation: The driver
parked on Pemberton Street Public Car Park, which is a Pay and
Dispaly, with a valid pay and display ticket. When returned to
the vehicle, there was a parking charge stuck on the window
saying that the ticket wasn't clearly visibile. The driver uses
that car park once or twice a month for the last year, and never
had issues till now. To mention that the driver is not the
       registered keeper. See images attached:

       What would you advise?
       Many thanks.

       Was it visible?

The driver reported that the ticket was put on the passenger
side. However, the driver needed to return to the car 2 minutes
later to pick something up from the car and opened the passenger
door. When returned to the car to set off, the driver realised
that the ticket was in the middle of the dashboard, and the
       driver believes it was flipped.
