Car Parked on a road which requires a permit
Received multiple letters in the post which were ignored from UK
       Car Park Management LTD
Now, a letter from BW Legal has been received (Image uploaded)
If it helps the vehicle owner holds a Blue Badge holder and this
was displayed at the time of the contravention
I am after advice on how best to proceed with this situation

It's a harmless "debt collector" letter - no need to do anything
until you receive a "Letter of Claim".
Do you have the original NtK? And a who's authority is it
required to display a permit on the road? Are you a resident?

Thank you. Before posting, I made sure to read this.
Besides posting dates, is there something else I missed, which
       could be helpful?

Step 2 from the guide - explain the situation. Some context as
to the parking incident would be useful. Is it a residential car
park, for example? Is the keeper if the vehicle a resident if
       so? Etc.
Step 3 from the guide - show us the original notice you
       received.
Step 4 from the guide - show us photos of signage at the site.
