       I am in the same boat - I've received a Letter Before Claim from
       Moorside Legal.
       I was away working when the initial letters were sent (April 24)
       and have received various threats over the past 12 months or so
       and not responded to any of them. A long time ago I got a PCN
       from Asda having used their store, which eventually went away,
       so I've applied the same experience.
       This has been escalated a little higher now - can I follow the
       same practice as above?
       Appreciate your assistance.

       Probably. But you will need to start your own thread as we can
       only deal with one case per thread, even if identical.
