       While it'd a great result as the ticket was lifted. I'm confused
       as to why, if they had 'evidence' of a ticket being attached to
       my windscreen and all the other supporting evidence, they decide
       to just drop it. Srinks of fraudulent operations. There is a bit
       at the bottom about pofa laws but you're the experts I'll attach
       dvlas response

       They often drop things when they deem the intended 'victim' too
       much hassle.
