Dart Charge PCN - 1st Time Crossing Without Payment - Emovis

Hi, I hope you are able to help.
I received a PCN today for my vehicle a Citroen Spacetourer LV68
FMC. The notice states I crossed the Dartford Crossing for the
first time at 20.22 on the 2nd of March 2025 and have failed to
pay the toll fee. Except I was at home, with my vehicle, all
weekend that weekend.. Happily I have evidence of the car on my
drive from a security camera at almost exactly the time they
claim it was crossing at Dartford. PCN and screenshots of my
parked car below.
Either the ANPR has made a mistake or someone has cloned my
number plate. Certainly the very small and dark image that they
provide on the PCN doesn't look like my car, nor is it possible
to read the number plate.
The representation options do not cater for this situation. How
can I go about challenging the fine, please?

I got one for my car a year or so ago, in my case the ANPR
misread a Y as a V. Despite it asking for £2.50 only, I called
them, they took a bit of persuading to check but eventually came
back with a cancel.
In your case replacing the V with a Y comes back as no reg.
Call them, they can access better pics, and they were pleasant
enough to deal with.

Thanks for your advice. I called them today and a pleasant "Rob"
looked closely at their photos and decided that the Mercedes had
a different but similar number plate. Their PCN has been
cancelled. All is sorted. Thanks for you help. Very much
appreciated! Chris
