Stop confusing yourself follow CP;s advice and once the order
for recovery and charge certificate are revoked the dates will
allow that the PCN cancelled

Swept through by Covid (yes it is still around)

I have received a letter from Tribunal must had arrived
yesterday afternoon ...
Post at my place always delays.

So, send an e mail with the case number in the header and attach
your representations as directed. I will PM you my details as
you will need representation. Won another three against them
recently. Any further assistance, just message me.

Call the tribunal and change the Comms preference to email, you
don't want to be relying on the post.
Do not reply by post, as Hippocrates says you can email your
reply to queries@londontribunals.org.uk
But you must still call to change the Comms preference on the
case, until you do that they will reply by post.

They didn't even provide any evidence and, because of the
system, I could not even access the case on the Tribunal's
portal: no Verification Code when it goes around the houses. ;D
;D ;D ;D
Usual website BS and I e mailed them for their evidence a week
before. NOWT.

I did mention this story at the end of the hearing. Not the
first link. But he knows us/me anyway so who cares anymore?
