       Thanks
Yes it is at high cost as the insurance dealt with the hire
       bike.
They supply new motorbike and new helmet.
       What I understood was that:
They cannot take any risk to supply second hand vehicles in case
there is any issues with the vehicle they won't take any chances
for the vehicle they send out breaking down and have any
       accident.
They probably sell the used motorbike after its been used.
I wish not to make things even more complicated to dispute
against the hire firm. If I could avoid...
I believe they have all that they need in the file as they do
check the licence online with the DVLA and they have taken my
       Licence number to check.
My insurance and all they needed they had added Pillion cover on
top for this hire (with age restriction).

Thank you so much for this, I have read and prepared the PE3

As my Charge Certificate is dated 2025.01.28, and I have been
back and forth with the Lambeth Parking Services,I have no idea
when the date I am supposed to submit PE3.

once a week is fine. As soon as the amount goes up to £205, go
and get the form sworn and then email it to tec@justice.gov.uk

Thank you so much for helping me with all those.
For the allocation and the angle of all those time restricted
pedestrian zone are placed unfairly to the drivers as the signs
are not informing the vehicle approaching to the entrance of the
       street.
Just for information: example of better sign-post
There is a new sign-post placed at some of the junctions which I
found at least 1 (374 South Circular Road, Wandsworth)
Entering from Upper Richmond Road into Dryburgh Road.
       Location :

Which seems to be more sufficient
1). Slightly into the Dryburgh Road even If missed No turning
       sign.
2). It will or should be LED lighted at the time restricted even
if the driver had no access to a watch.

[member=4627]marie[/member] at this stage all of that is
irrelevant, and none of this should be mentioned on form PE3,
which should be filled in based on the instructions in the
guide I posted above. Once the TEC angle has been dealt with, we
can look at the merits of the PCN, but at the moment the merits
       of the PCN are irrelevant.

       Hi, [member=1]cp8759[/member]
It was impossible to get any appointment at the county court the
form signing as no one answers the appointment line to make
appointment. without an appointment, cannot go into the court
       desk.
I have found a Barrister of a court through friends contact and
emailed the PE3 form to The Traffic Enforcement Centre.
I have received a letter from the Traffic Enforcement Centre
       Ordering to cancel
       * Notice for Recovery
       * Charge Certificate

       sans-serif][img width=595

It mentions the original Penalty Charge Notice is NOT Cancelled.
The council's website has not been updated and it is still at
       £205
Please guide me to the next step.
       Marie
