An absolutely basic error that surely must exist in a lot of
council PCNs in the whole of the UK, I would think !

This council and Haringey have the same wording in this context;
but, I also pointed out the following:
PCN does not state mandatory information at 4.8 (v)
HTML https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukla/2003/3/section/4/enacted
that, if the penalty charge is not paid before the end of the 28
day period, an increased charge may be payable;
They also said the date of PCN and date served are the same.
Totally absurd. ::)
