4pm 22nd July too, same deadline as for documents and witness
statements.

That doesn't sound quite right. Please show us the allocation
order with all the dates and deadlines and anything else in it.
DO NOT submit a WS before they submit there, even if you are a
day late after the deadline. This is the small claims track.
Most judges will not care about a slight delay in the WS being
sent a few days late. It will not be reviewed until about 10
minutes before any hearing anyway!

It's at Manchester county court.
I have attached the whole document I recieved. I double checked
both the fee deadline and the document submission deadlines are
the same. :-\

So, I have just recieved the documents from SIP carpark now-
about 10 minutes ago! It's 36 pages long- and double sided! What
is the best way to upload to the forum?
Thanks.
Deadline to submit is tomorrow 3pm and I don't know where to
start!

One slightly silly point I can spot is the amount they claim the
defendant owes seems to change based on their mood:
- 06/09/22 - Notice to Keeper - 'Amount of Charge: £100' -
'Overdue Fees Added: £0'
- 13/10/22 - Payment Overdue - 'Amount of Charge: £115' - no
mention of 'Overdue Fees'
- 28/10/22 - Final Reminder - 'Amount of Charge: £100' -
'Overdue Fees Added: £25'
- 14/11/22 - Legal Action Letter - 'Amount of Charge: £100' -
'Overdue Fees Added: £60'
- 09/11/23 - Letter Before Claim - 'Amount Due (overall): £100
- 30/01/25 - Claim Form - £160
Also, unless another Letter Before Claim was issued, that's
almost 14 months between issuing a Letter of Claim and issuing
the actual claim.
